Owners appreciate the ability to turn underutilized space into hassle-free revenue streams. Working primarily as the site owners agent, we provide the following engineering and management services: ·
Site
Acquisition. Represent the site owner’s financial
& engineering best interests to potential tenants who are represented
by third-party firms contracted to find suitable tower sites. Catalogue and maintain contacts with the
major site acquisition firms. ·
Tenancy.
Represent the site owner to prospective tenants and mediate
lease/contract issues between both the tenant and site owner’s legal
council. ·
Structural.
Initiate, on behalf of the site owner, a program with a third-party
firm for the: (a) ongoing review of the site’s structural integrity; and
(b) analysis of tower loading capabilities for each proposed, new or
modified, major use of a tower. ·
Zoning.
Coordinate with local regulatory authorities on zoning issues
related to tower/antenna placement and compliance with Federal aeronautical
requirements. ·
Radio
Frequency (RF) Engineering. Perform (RF) engineering analysis to
determine optimal antenna placement for minimum co-tenant interference
while maximizing ROI. Facilitate
the design, with third-party vendors, of advanced common antenna systems
and smart base stations implementations.
Microwave path analysis. ·
Procurement. Aid in
the procurement of third-party vendor equipment and services by creating
the necessary RFP documents. ·
Utilities.
Coordinate with local utilities the provisioning of Telco, Power,
and other services. ·
Security. Design,
specify, and supervise the installation of state-of-the-art security
systems, from radio telemetry to video surveillance systems (depending on
specific site complexity) monitored at our Massachusetts offices. |
